a B.Sc. in Automation engineering, Co-founder and board member of EMEAC, has 25 years of experience in the field of Human capital development as a key expert and a team leader as well, specifically Technical, Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in MENA and East Africa countries. Experienced in the areas: Human capital development Projects’ design, planning, budgeting, implementation management and evaluation, TVET Institutions audits/assessment to identify the needed training workshops, development of specification for required equipment/ supplies needed to modernize TVET institutions and its related budget, Qualification framework implementation and accreditation, Quality assurance in TVET, Competency-based training curricula development, Training of Trainers (ToT), Enhancing youth employability skills, Upgrading of Informal apprenticeship system. 

The wide range of work experience was through international funding organizations; EU, World Bank, African Development Bank, UN agencies (ILO, UNIDO) and GIZ as well.

Always keen to have challenging posts with an international perspective, which has the passion and energy to make a difference with extensive exposure to cross-functional and multicultural environment that ensure effective dialogue between stakeholders and to be responsible for the overall coordination of projects/services across developed and developing world where my experiences in the field of developing policies for human resource development.
